Shipping and Returns


Orders that are placed prior to 12:00 will normally be picked up same day for delivery next business day, where this is not the case all orders placed will be shipped within two business days Monday – Friday 7:30 – 16:30.

Those who select pickup from our Victorian warehouse and order on a business day prior to 12:00 can pick up that day between 13:30-16:00 or the next business day between 7:30–12:00 and 13:30–16:00.


We use the following carriers (alternatives may be used):

  • Australia Post
  • Corona Manufacturing’s own delivery network

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update you with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight/size of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to withdraw from the order. 

Back Orders

In the unfortunate circumstance that your order goes to backorder we will contact you to advise when the item will be back in stock. If the preference is to cancel the order due to lead time we will be happy to refund/cancel the order.


Please choose carefully, as we do not offer a refund if you simply change your mind. We do however, offer an exchange or credit note for change of mind within 30 days of your purchase. You are entitled to a refund, exchange or credit note if the products you have purchased have a manufacturing fault. 

Online purchases

We at are confident you will be happy with your purchase, however if you require an exchange or refund then please read the following for more information:

Please make contact within 1 business day of receipt of product(s) requesting an exchange or refund. If the notification has been given and the items are received within 30 days of notice. 

If the product(s) are returned due to change of mind. Postage is payable by the Customer and is non-refundable. All unwanted items must be returned in their original condition (unopened); this means all packaging and labels must be attached and have their original seals intact.

If the product(s) are returned due to warranty, the product(s) will be inspected upon return. If the products are deemed faulty the Supplier has the option to replace or refund. Postage costs associated in returning faulty product(s) will be refunded when a ‘receipt of postage’ is provided. Refund on postage is capped at the amount paid when purchasing the product(s). 

It is recommended when returning products that registered post is used. The Supplier will not take responsibility for items not received if you attempt to send them via non-registered mail. Please allow up to 21 days for exchanges and refunds to be received and processed.
